Car Advise User Submissions

Posted in Site related

GoodNews
Car Advise is due to expand the amount of reviews posted on The blog.

One of the ways we wish to achieve this is by allowing the visitors of this website to send their own review articles, People already know that owners all around the world who already own that specific car or motorbike will always give the best review and give more detail about that specific car or motorbike  and will know all its pros and cons so they can offer a more detailed review while hopefully being able to keep it simple so not to confuse people who are not experienced when it comes to buying a new or second-hand  car or motorbike.

We are asking all users to go to our Forums which is located on the navigation bar under pages tab,  While logged in you will be able to post your thoughts or suggestions in the feedback section of the forum, All suggestions will be considered.

Mainly we want to find out if users would like to be able to publish  their own review articles  while gaining documentation and help  on how to get demonstration cars or motorbikes for the purposes of writing a review for Car Advise, If they would like to have that implemented to widen the range of articles being posted on the blog thus increasing the amount of users able to use the blog to get some help in finding their next car.

Obtaining free demonstration cars or motorbikes you arrange the time you keep it for normally a few days sometimes longer and manufacture pays the insurance so long as you have a valid driving licence OR you can just write a review about a car or motorbike you own or many if you own a few.

Suzuki Swift Automatic – SZ4

Posted in Reviews

SWIFTSZ4

I purchased a Suzuki Swift for a friend of my mothers today who wanted to spend around £14,000 on a nice new car,  As he already owned a Suzuki I thought why not continue with what he already knows so he isn’t out of his comfort zone.

Buying the Swift was straight forward and saved around £2,000 because of end of September offer, After part-ex old car for £5,500 then £7,000 was paid by cheque once cheque cleared.  got car today!!..

First impressions are great it is a 1.5 Automatic which is quite yet not as lacking in power as i thought pretty nippy at times which is great, Although what mainly I thought was stupid is the keyless entry although it has like a key hidden inside the fob which can be taken out and used if battery is dead normally you walk up-to car with fob in your hand and it will detect fob and unlock for you + No key is required to start car only key near car.

So let’s say your inside having a cup of tea and your little brother has a laugh and goes outside presses button on car door handle it opens he starts and parks in middle of road comes in then says Why you park in middle of road..

I was mad but also not bothered as bought car for mother’s friend and i explained the problem to him he is ok with it as distance from his front room to car is more than what fob can reach plus We assume if you drive off totally it will cut out engine once it detects key is no-where near car, However haven’t tested that yet will do tomorrow or day after car is no longer here i drove for few hours it drives like a dream..

On new 60 plate(2010) perfect car plus cheap on insurance so perfect little run about but unlike Normal Suzuki’s it has a-lot of technology built into the car which normally you wouldn’t find in a Suzuki as there mainly cheap cars and not big on optional extras.

If buying a swift do NOT buy any model apart from the  sz4 model  as it’s the most elegant and just all around better interior.

More will be added to review when I had chance to drive it for longer and work out what its like on petrol, Although assuming is should be pretty good anyway.
